1. The app
A9 is a free Android app for searching and launching apps and contacts, published by an individual developer. By installing or using A9 you agree to these terms.
2. License
You may install and use A9 on your own devices for personal purposes. All rights in the app, its source code and its design are reserved by the developer. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it despite this restriction.
3. Your data
A9 works on your device and does not send your data anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
A9 is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Features that depend on system behavior (for example the list of recently used apps) may differ between devices and Android versions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use A9. Actions such as uninstalling an app are carried out by Android after your confirmation.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
